The Ant Habitat allows plenty of crawl space at 9" W x 6" H, and comes with four Antports and Antway tubing so kids can connect it to other Ant Farm brand habitats. There's a form to order live ants through the mail (with a s&h fee) and clean tunneling sand to get them off to a good start. It's break resistant and escape proof, with a tip-proof stand, so those little critters stay within the confines of the farm.
