My 4 year old son can't get enough of these Wedgits! It keeps him happy and occupied for quite awhile. Great for a busy mom! I can practically see his brain clicking as he creates and forms new shapes and concepts! He is so proud of what he can make. My favorite toy for him!!

I have it sitting on my desk so that I have something to do when people are wasting my time chit-chatting. Maybe they'll get the hint.

But it's also great to have when kids come to visit. I bought the 100 piece Magna-tiles for the grandbabies but this set has pieces too small for a 2 year old (the smallest are slightly bigger than a marble and could be swallowed). The 8 year old enjoys playing with it and has asked to take it home.

I think they are a bit expensive but are well designed and well constructed. I was hoping that they'd be brighter and transparent rather than frosted translucent colors but as you can see in my photos they are nicely colored.

I bought this for my four year old boy because he loves to stack and make towers and all we had were lincoln logs, which I'm not so great at being creative enough to figure out how to build a sturdy tower. But these were great. It comes with instruction to make different creations, but my son usually just creates his own. The smallest blocks are almost a choking hazard for my 15 mo. old and we have lost several, but overall all my kids love these.

My second grader was introduced to Wedgits in his gifted class. He enjoyed them so much that he asked for some for Christmas. Now that I've had the chance to build with them I can see why he wanted them. It is a nice quiet thinking puzzle type toy with endless design possibilities. Great for entertaining the creative mind.

Sure wish they came with a storage box.

Great fun for 2 years old and up!!! Both our 2 & 4 love to build together. It is difficult to find toys which work for both of these ages. We bought a second set so that we can create even more elaborate structures. Our entire family gets involved. We were so surprised as to the creativity of our 2 yr old!!! The only thing I would highly suggest is to get 2 or more sets. Not a fan of all the plastic junk toys out there. This something they will play with for yrs to come.
