Wonderful toy... Mar 07, 2010
I echo the chorus... This toy is great. It's so much fun that you don't notice how very educational it is. (I'm learning as much as my children.) Would not hesitate to buy it again.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. At age 9, she loves science and wanted to know more about electricity and electronics. She and my engineer husband have spent hours together building projects from this kit. The projects start with simple circuits and move on to more complex builds. The kit and instructions are well-designed. The instructions are easy to follow. The parts included in the kit are sturdy and are a "snap" to use. We can't wait to show Snap Circuits to our Science Olympiad Team. We highly recommend this toy!

Excellent learning tool! This toy should not be catorgorized as a
a toy! The learning value for this "toy" is unbelievable. I'd
highly reccommend it anyone. If you are a science teacher, its a great
way to teach your student electronics.

It may be better suited for classroom environments, but it was still well received by my neices. They weren't very interested in _how_ it worked.

This was purchased for my grandson's 10th birthday. He loved it and immediately built several of the things in the booklet.
