Read the review but was still skeptical. I have about had it with play dough in my house due to my kids leaving it out and drying up so quickly. We live in New Mexico and the air is so dry that EVERYTHING dries quickly. I thought I would give this playfoam a try. I made some of the items on the box (very easy to do) and my kids loved it. I'm not sure who liked it more, me or them (my husband said me). Anyhow, I purposely left our creations out for the kids to admire for days, and then weeks. That stuff does NOT dry out!! It does tend to cling to your clothes a bit, but it is really amazing. It is so light and easy to shape into anything your imagination allows. I personally think it is more fun than play dough, but I think the kids like both. It really is a neat product (and easier to clean up than play dough). Check out our creations in the added pictures.

We found out about this stuff when we were away and visited a Children's Museum that had this stuff in one of the rooms - we couldn't get her out of there! We came home and promptly ordered a big box. We still have most of that big box a year later! This stuff does not cause me to have to worry about dough being ground up into the floor - it's cleaner, it's doesn't dry out and it doesn't get ground into her clothes! Best of all, she plays with it for long clips at a time! LOVE IT!

My 3 yr. old granddaughter loves this PlayFoam. Every time she comes over it's the first thing she looks for. I love the fact that it doesn't dry out and even though she does drop some on the rug in the playroom, it comes up easily. She will play with it for hours. I'm not sorry I bought it, but was very disappointed that instead of getting 1 green and 1 white, I was sent 2 purples and 2 pinks. She knows her colors and loves to make trees and flowers, which is a little hard to make without the green. She loves Panda bears, too. She knows the colors are not right. I like for her to use her imagination, but I also want her to create realistically.
