5Excellent quality and fun!  Dec 29, 2009
By J. Bryant
We bought the Radio Flyer Blaze riding horse for our active 2 yr old grandson. He loves it! All parts are heavy gauge steel or thick molded plastic. Springs are heavy but easily worked. Spring covers are heavy fabric and plenty long. Overall very good quality materials and construction, very sturdy. Easier to assemble with two people. Two volume levels for sounds, plus OFF.

Our grandson is athletic but on the short side, yet he easily climbs aboard in various ways, even using the stirrups occasionally. He has a blast with it, and gets a kick out of "feeding" it the carrot (sensor in mouth triggers crunching/chewing sounds). I think the smooth plastic is more practical than the fabric covering on other brands/models.

This is a classic riding horse, fairly simple, clean design and nothing to pinch or hurt a kid that likes to crawl all over and around, besides lots of vigorous riding.

5Happy Grandma  Sep 17, 2010
By Grandma
My Husband and I bought this horse for my precious Grandson Holden's first birthday. At first he did not take an interest in riding but liked feeding the horse his carrot. I thought I had made a mistake by buying it too soon. However, a month later he was pointing at the horse for someone to put him on it. This horse really excites him and makes him laugh when he bounces and rocks on it himself. The sounds that the horse makes are not too loud or annoying. As my grandson gets bigger and stronger I can see that this horse will keep him amused for longer periods of time. This horse is built really well and will last through other grandchildren as well.

Great product! My 2-1/2 year old grandson loves it! The cross-brace stand with a base makes this so much easier for him to get on and off, and much safer than the other style stand.

I ordered this for my 2 year old grandson for Christmas and I was very pleased. I had been leary about the assembly difficulty when I ordered it but I was amazed at the ease and amount of time that it required. I had it completely assembled in 15 minutes. It is very durable and kid friendly.

5EEEE HAAW!!!  Dec 28, 2009
By JAM'N'G "JAM'N'G"
Santa gave this to my 2 year old daughter for Christmas. When she woke up Christmas morning and saw this next to the tree, she immediately ran over to it, looked up at us and asked MINE! She then climbed up on it, put on her new cow girl hat, and started rocking as hard as she could screaming EEEE HAAW!!! I'm guessing she likes it. My 4 year old boy likes it to. This is really well made, with safety features on it that mine didn't have when I was a child. I guess we were just made tougher back then.
